Phuntsog hails from Matho village, Ladakh. She has completed a Masters in Disaster Management from Punjab University. At Navikru Eco foundation she works as the Assistant Project Lead. She has a keen interest in working in the climate change field and helping people adapt to risk reduction strategies associated with disasters in the Ladakh region.

Preeti a social development entrepreneur by profession, a civil engineer by qualification, an environmentalist by belief, and a zero-waste practitioner by passion.
